| PRODUCT WARRANTIES |
| Tractor Parts - All new and all rebuilt short blocks are guaranteed
for materials and workmanship from the supplier for 1-year and all used
parts are guaranteed for 30 days. This warranty begins from the
date of shipment for replacement or refund unless otherwise noted.
Injectors, Injection Pumps and Turbo Chargers are covered by the rebuilders warranty. Warranties are included with the product and will apply to the end user of the product. This warranty does not include costs incurred for third parties for additional parts or labor involved in the repair. This warranty applies only to farming applications. Products used for other applications, including, but not limited to industrial and other commercial applications, are not covered by this express warranty, nor are they covered by express or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Guaranteed for applications listed only; void for other applications. The above expressed or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and such express warranties constitute the only warranties made. All other product is subject to the manufactuer's warranty. |
| RETURNED MERCHANDISE |
| Contact us for return authorization prior to returning any product to manufactuer. Merchandise that is being returned for any reason must be sent prepaid and within 30 days. Tractor parts must be sent with a return authorization paperwork; Exchange or refund will be made promptly when the returned merchandise is in good condition and the reason for the return is stated. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Parts returned due to our error are limited to refund of purchase price plus shipping charges. |

| All shipments are FOB from the nearest mall order center with inventory or directly from the manufacturer of supplier. |
| Most shipping charges are based on merchandise total for your order. |
| Items exceeding standard shipper's weight or size limitations will be shipped pre-paid via freight truck. |
| Delivery charges shown are for the continental United States only. Ask for a quote on all other areas. |
| Delivery will try to be packed and shipped with 24-36 hours from the time they are received by the supplier. |
| For faster delivery, request UPS Overnight or 2-Day Delivery. |
| Allow at least seven work days from the time your order is placed for delivery. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by UPS, Parcel Post or freight companies. |
| BACK-ORDERED ITEMS |
| In the event an item is back ordered, it will be shipped as soon as possible using standard shipping method. If we are unable to fill the order in 30 days, we will either send you a refund or inform you of the delay. |

| CANADIAN CUSTOMERS |
| All shipments to Canada are prepaid by the customer. The customer is responsible for any of Canada's additional fees, including private brokerage fees, duty, the goods and services tax (GST) or harmonized sales tax (HST), and provincial sales tax (PST) that may apply to your order. Canadian Customs and Revenue Agency can be accesssed on the web. |
